# Running on Windows 8.1, Microsoft Windows NT 6.3.9600.0 (x64)

Please do note that Windows 8.1 is not supported anymore, so the second issue may also arise due to that fact. Only Windows 10 (version 1803 or newer) and Windows 11 are officially supported.
