How do I stop the super-tab preset keymap from triggering when indenting multiple times?

Suppose I want to indent a line by using two tabs in insert mode at the first character on the line.
With the super-tab keymapping, the second tab will be completed into the first completion suggestion.
How do I change this behavior?

I saw this thread: #277

But I am already using the super-tab preset. The first tab does successfully indent. But after that first tab the completion window comes up and the second tab triggers a completion.

This sounds like a bug since we block tab from triggering the menu specifically for this case. Could you provide a repro.lua for this? (check repo root for example)

Here's my test.md file:

I run nvim -u repro.lua test.md
Then I go to the asd... line, enter insert mode before a, and hit <tab>.
An indentation is inserted, then a completion comes up suggesting over.
If I hit tab again, the completion is accepted instead of another indentation being inserted.

My expected behavior is that a completion should not be raised after the first tab, so that the second tab indents again.
