Step 1: 目的

いやぁ開発中見やすいかなぁって（欲しかったので）

Step 2: 概要

TIMEPOINTSの切り替わりのタイミング、そのほか時間関連のものの切り替わりのタイミングにログを流す
正直めんどいどころではないと思われるので夢だけここに置いておきます
何しろ、常時稼働型ではないのがネック
