Missing archtypes.h for studiomdl and mdlviewer #136

studiomdl and mdlviewr in utils folder fails in build because archtypes.h is missing. The original location was under public folder but it doesn't exist anymore. Where can I find it?

archtypes.h was removed as part of refactoring work: c2699fe

I can update those projects to work with the changes that have been made.

The tools-upgrade branch includes the fix for the missing archtypes.h. I've replaced the include with steam/steamtypes.h, although the header may not be needed at all.

The tools code has been updated to no longer reference archtypes.h.
