Will you upgrade the plugin to iPay88 SDK v1.0.6.3?

what we did last time was just to replace the SDK directly. it worked for my team last year. Bascially, they will just add some more patch or features into new SDK. You can use some tool to decompile the SDK to see what are the functions you can call from interface class or spend sometimes read their documentation.
