When I run from power supply I get sensor error #1

It all works fine when Arduino connected via USB and I run code from Arduino IDE.

When I unplug Arduino from USB and plug it back - it turns on, but I get sensor error. (I use i2c LCD 20x4 to display information).

Please help/
