Cannot start server

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Unable to start server using pocketmine android. Install fresh version 2.3.0. Start app and downloads latest .phar file. Click start server and get error message at the bottom. Same as #177 #180 #183

Please make apk linked in #177 available again. TIA
