Dtv keeps auto downloading the same TV episode, despite it being marked as downloaded

Describe the problem you are having and steps to reproduce if available
qBittorrent is set to allow seed for 1 minute. This allows Dtv to mark it as downloaded. Dtv keeps re-downloading the downloaded episode several times over the next day/w\two. Example: Dune Prophecy S01E06. Dtv auto downloaded the episode 6 more times after Dtv marked the original episode as downloaded.

Check your Dtv console log and look for signs that Dtv did not find a DL completed message, so it posted a torrent-not-found message. If that is the case, then Dtv cancelled the DL and will not mark the episode as downloaded, so ADS will try again in the next ADS cycle.
Episodes that are marked as downloaded will not be processed by ADS, the ADSM will show the episodes with a status of downloaded.
