Currently, it is mostly a copy of Krylov.GMRES but with added features to support a fast routine for block diagonal matrices. Some ways to simplify the code:

  1. Use givens rotation from base https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/stdlib/LinearAlgebra/#LinearAlgebra.givens
