The commit id (eg: e2c549d2) in the URL should vary with each version.

I don't know how to get this commit id, the download link should be easier after the official release of this version in the future, and I will PR a new file at that time

Relates to the new architecture with Electron of QQ named QQ_NT, in addition we found a way of persist QQ data, hope you accept this commit, thanks a lot!
