Salut François, That's a good question. I am not sure at all. And this Plymouth theme is "root stuff". Not something you can just try on your user account and easily delete if things go wrong... That's just a quick response here. It would require more investigation. The core engine for this is https://github.com/SebastJava/plymouth-theme-mint-logo-2/blob/main/mint-logo-2/mint-logo.script There you can see it comes from Canonical. That's Ubuntu... So... I don't know. I guess I would start looking at each command used in https://github.com/SebastJava/plymouth-theme-mint-logo-2/blob/main/INSTALLER.sh Commands such as To sum up, I can't just say "just try and see". This feels PRETTY DANGEROUS. Please stay safe :) |
