Problem

Если .NET Runtime не установлен, то возникают проблемы без каких-либо ошибок из-за особенностей NodeJS. В частности, экспорт или импорт пакета повисает без какой-либо информации для пользователя

Solution

Добавить проверки корректности выполняемой команды с уведомлением пользователя о необходимых действиях
