ci(release): automate releases

Expected feature

As I don't want to manually write changelogs every time (😉), we want to automate our releases by GitHub Actions. The changelog will consist of multiple headers, such as one for features, bug-fixes and miscs etc.

The release is based on a Git tag and will be automatically created when pushed to master.
