Fixed SPI on the Femto-M0 board

The Femto-m0 was a short lived product that didn't get proper support. The Arduino samd support (this repo) appears to be a cut+paste job from the Arduino Zero board. I fixed the SPI pin definitions to provide at least working output for SPI.
