Currently all snapshot builds are pushed into vX.Y-SNAPSHOT, which override the previous image, and make it ambiguous which version of the SNAPSHOT is being used. This issue encompasses the changes required within our Jenkins X pipeline to ensure the SNAPSHOTS created have a unique identifier so we're able to reference back to the specific images.
