The suggested udev rule: https://github.com/Serasidis/STM32_HID_Bootloader#linux-udev-setup
fails on Ubuntu 24.04 like:

systemd-udevd[514]: /etc/udev/rules.d/99-stm32_hid_bl.rules:2 Invalid key/value pair, ignoring.
