Do we have more details about this issue and is available? If so I would like to see if I can work on this.

All in my head 😄 I was thinking of adding some status field to the status object.
Somethinkg like Status: Pending|Ready for the NetworkInterface and about the same for PrivateNetwork. Feel free to share if you have other ideas :) (Also, may not necesseraly be linked to this, but adding events would be nice too!)
