Does this code downloads ABIDE II as well if not then how can we download?

The code currently only downloads the ABIDE I preprocessed dataset. The ABIDE II dataset is not preprocessed, which is why its file sizes are significantly larger. To access ABIDE II, you'll need to download it directly from the official ABIDE II website. (http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/abide/abide_II.html)

If you're looking for preprocessing options for ABIDE II, you might need to preprocess it manually using tools like CPAC, fMRIPrep, or similar pipelines.

The csv file has 'no_filename' in the File_id why is that the s3 bucket doesnot contain these files or its an issue in the csv?
