Error row alignment is being fixed up with #2887 but I think there's still some room for improvement here.

Suggestions:

Tweak the content. Content strings are very long for this application. Believe these come from cart api and are shared with the cart, so that would require some noodling.
Consider an animation/transition so that change in row height is less jarring.
