Batch merge branch for 2023-10 release.

• Merge all breaking change PRs
  • Increase default cache SWR #1336
• Update packages, docs, templates for 2023-10 storefront api Sfapi 2023-10 update #1431
• Remove deprecated component/props Remove deprecated props #1435
• Determine if existing unstable apis can be move to stable
  • Move createCartHandler's customMethods__unstable to stable #1440
  • Update Codegen dependencies and make it stable #1108 (Note: this is pointing to main)
• Prepare shopify.dev docs for 2023-10 version
• Remix v2 Remix v2 #1289 (Note: this is pointing to main)
• Add React as peer dependency Move react to peer deps in Hydrogen #1439 (Note: this is pointing to main) Can be released before this major bump.

Before merge

• Run npm run build-docs on hydrogen-react and hydrogen and reflect change on shopify.dev docs PR
• Create a snapshot release to test
