Currently Memoria relies on Elasticsearch, which is a rather heavyweight solution. Ideally, we have a pluggable indexer interface that would allow the indexing service to be selected per-instance.

Examples of plugins could be:

  • Elasticsearch (current indexer)
  • Typesense
  • "Woosh" as an out-of-the-box default
