训练自己的数据集，alphabets在进行decoding时提示字符找不到 #297

麻烦问一下，一直有个疑问就是CRNN网络中，字典是预先制作好成alphabets，还是说运行中再根据labels来生成，如果是预先载入，那就是在制作数据集时就要先制作好字典，要是这样，一般制作字典有没有标准，比如说字符顺序，因为顺序不同，最后的encoding是不一样的

使用系统自带的字典就行, 实在不够再自己添加

字符顺序变了,模型肯定就要重新训练了
