Hello SimFeedback team,

Dirt rally 2.0 Motion delay is observed since I update windows latest.

so I found some article about this.

the cause is Changing Windows Timer Resolution by updating Windows.

last comment of him,
"I have fixed the issue by making a change to our plugin."

Do you have a plan to fix it ?
