A notification on lockscreen while turned off in settings

Hello, I have a very unpleasant problem. Notifications occur on lockscreen even if I disabled this function in all the possible settings. I don't know how to fix it, it's irritating, as my lockscreen has already notifications, and now when it lights up, it shows me two kind of notifications. Please, help. Thank you.

PS: If you use a custom lockscreen, it might work if you block it using don't disturb
