由于知乎频繁改版（前端），导致爬虫库无法稳定，对于 win 平台需要客户端经常升级。。

于是win 下放弃，，，（由于 win 还是静态链接库。。维护太麻烦了）

osx 和 linux 平台编译源码的老版本，如果出现 bug，请 (sudo)pip3 install zhihu-py3 --upgrade 就 ok 了
