虛擬單的帳戶裡，選擇權到期後無法刪除 #165

[ 虛擬帳戶問題 ]

如題，未平倉的選擇權，若沒有將其在到期日前平倉，就會變成用cancel_order也刪不掉，但使用 list_positions 會一直找到這張幽靈單。

這樣的話在虛擬帳戶的測試上會有一些問題，不知道是否有重置虛擬帳戶的語法，或是可以把這些幽靈單刪除的做法？先感謝各方大佬解惑！
