Suggestion

[a] random (integer|number) (from|between) %number% (to|and) %number%

should become

[a|%integer%] random (integer|number)[s] (from|between) %number% (to|and) %number%

or have a second pattern:

%integer% random (integer|number)s (from|between) %number% (to|and) %number%

Why?

Makes it so you don't have to set each variable to a random number manually or loop to do it.
