speed cap should be 600

What happened?

Speed cap can be increased all the way up to 600, but the maximum in the status bar is only 500.

Speed cap can be increased all the way up to 600, but the maximum in the status bar is only 500.

While the speed cap can technically in game be got up to 600, it functionally does the same as 500, so i think that's why the cap is 500
Personally i think we should reflect the real cap of 600 instead of 500 tho, in case at some point they change it
