How about extra feature, presenting visual interpretation of all used colors.
It's extremely helpful in any project, not to mention large sites.
They could also be sorted by usage type - color, background-color, gradient, border etc.

Something similar to http://webcolourdata.com/profile/2392, but from a bit more practical point of view.
