First letter of pack author name is garbled

Just formally submitting this issue so I can refer people to it.

On some devices the first letter of the pack author's name is changed. Like so

where it should be

What is even stranger is that after updating my pack once or twice it was fixed and according to greatoreator who did the update when it fixed he said he didn't do anything to do so. Very strange :/

Maybe the launcher decodes uses a different character encoding system.
