DB and Schema id should not be readonly to allow for in place renaming

We are working on terraforming reader accounts for our clients and want to change our naming conventions without having to go in and re-setup our client accounts. We can do this in the Snowflake UI but it will break terraform and removing and importing the state via cli still runs into this issue. It would be great to not have to have our current clients re-setup their system and also communicate with them.

Though the Database is more of a priority (so we can batch everything together in the UI as the client list grows) I can imagine this being useful for the schema as well. Hopefully, this could be prioritized or there is another solution we haven't thought of.

If anyone has any ideas to resolve this without having to remake tons of accounts that would be awesome =)

Sleeping does wonders. I am going to remove them from terraform and rename them since they are already created. We can have a group that is handled manually.
