OrcaSlicer Version

2.3.0-DEV

Operating System (OS)

macOS

OS Version

Sequoia 15.0

Additional system information

No response

Printer

Creality k2 plus

How to reproduce

Slice any multi colored file and attempt to print

Actual results

The original issue with this in 2.2.0 was from what I understand that the CFS would try to retract the filament, but the extruder would not release it, causing a clog and a broken piece of filament in the extruder head.

On 2.3.0, this is still happening. I saw a bug that was closed where somebody mentioned manually adding the filament change G code from the creality software to orca which I attempted to do before posting this. It seems as though now the extruder will release the old filament, but it will not successfully change. It's still errors out.

Expected results

Multi color print file support for k2 plus

Project file & Debug log uploads

STLSpecial Articulated_Baby_Panda.3mf.zip

Checklist of files to include

  • Log file
  • Project file

Anything else?

This same file sucessfully prints when using crealitys slicer
