Request - improved chat output

Requesting the addition of a UI workflow starting from the character sheet that allows players to display cypher info both on demand and when the cypher is used. To share with the GM how a cypher works (understandably che cannot remember the details of them all) we currently need to copy paste the description which is cumbersome and annoying.

The same request is to be extended to abilities: rolling the skill associated with a described ability should output the ability description in the same card that includes the roll result.

Great timing - I was looking at the next version to start integrating some tools to ease, among other things, compendium management, sorting, etc. But compendia are one thing and actual, live play is another - and kind of more important, too!

I'll definitely add this. This might be a lot of work, so it all might be spread over a version or three but it will definitely be added. Thanks for the request!

Now, self note: this is a great idea but it shouldn't stop at cyphers and artifacts! Being able to output pretty much anything in the chat (abiltiies, weapons, skills, etc.) would be great.

Update: I've started work on this request. After digging in a bit, outputting the full skill/ability/other description at every roll gets terribly spammy, really quick: your roll output gets lost in a ton of repetitive data.

What I'm going to implement as a first phase is simply allow players to output these items into the chat: this would be done by clicking a button next to that item and/or by dragging the item into the chat area. I'd rather keep things simple first and then move from there.

Hello! This feature is now live with version 1.7.0!

Currently, abilties, cyphers and artifacts now have a chat bubble icon to their right on the PC sheet. Clicking it will output the item's info into the chat.

I've decided not to outtput that description on use of the item because it became clear that this gets terribly spammy, real quick.
