Improve bar chart displays

Need to improve bar chart displays. Currently, for many datasets the bar charts display bars across the entire width for every bar. Need to make them relative where the largest bar is the length of the display and the smallest is just big enough to be seen. Also, had a suggestion to make the entire row selectable. This would alleviate the situation where you want to pivot off a bar but can't select it because it is tiny.
