Counts for attachments not displaying in email list

The counts for attachments are not displaying in the email list. The attachments are attached and can be viewed/downloaded. The Email list just doesn't indicate that there are any attachments. Saw this behavior on drop 19 with the San Antonio dataset.

Steps to reproduce:

• log onto https://newman4.merlin.tools
• Select dataset dhs-sanantonio-email-63
• search for test
• select the "test" results. Should be 2313 emails listed.
• select the 4th email down. The email Re: Parts/Received has an attachment.
  Expected the Email list to include a count of 1 in the Attachment(s) column (paperclip)

Note - none of the attachment counts are being displayed for any of the datasets in the email list view (not just dhs-sanantonio-email-63).
