This issue will be updated periodically with known issues and planned features.

Known issues

  • Some invalid configs may crash the fan control service or config GUI
    • The config validation should catch invalid configs, but this isn't always the case currently
  • A rare bug causes fans in the system to be set to a high/max speed when applying settings
    • Possibly caused by the OS or other programs trying to access the EC at the same time
  • Leaving the EC monitor on for an extended time may result in YAMDCC service freezes/hanging (#21)
