Add notes about polyglot prospects, after a quick examination of it.
Explain example that manually sets the translation data.
Simplify "Maintaining Translations" title.
Clarify intro to action-specific tasks.
Condense a bit, including removing some interesting but unnecessary bits.
Remove "work-in-progress" fluff. Of course it'll always be a work-in-progress, but it's now complete enough to be no more so than other stuff.
Dang - neglected to doctoc.
First nominally complete draft.
Clarify existing stuff, before finishing translator coordination section. Also, try table width=110%, as a stab at resolving too-narrow frame.
Whoops, forgot to doctoc.
Move stuff around! "language" => "locale" in many places.c

More refinements.
Give qq() examples their own sections.
More clearly delineate the example and details parts of the first section.
Resolve the organization of formulating localized strings And many of the details.
Some small refinements before going on to the next big section.
First pass of the text-wrapping section.
Remove documentation of unnecessary "phase" build parameter.
Still pouring details in somewhat haphazardly, for later organizing.
Include notes about intricacies that are pending documentation.

Fill in Change or add app strings, add Instructions for the translators Etc.
Replace duplicate section header with intended "Add Language" header.
Add table of contents, using doc toc. (It fucking **sucks** that we have to maintain the TOC manually. I can no longer stand using an even worse, alternative structured text format, like mediawiki, just because it happens to have auto-generated tocs...)
Outline/draft of app localization maintenance instructions.
