Can I use howl.ci with my own Jenkins server in its current form? If not, what would need to be done to support this?

Not easily.

It's possible to view arbitrary URLs, so one solution would be to save the console output to an artifact, and then use that artifact's URL in a link. I can't guarantee how well that'd work though, especially if your Jenkins is password protected.

Obviously this means you don't get the fancy build-view, but I'm not sure what you'd do about that - I've never really looked into what Jenkins's API exposes.

Hmm... well, if I get time I might look into adding formal support. Not sure.
