PL/SQL Developer ver.16 crashes at startup

Hi, PLSD ver. 16 crashes on start with enabled rrProject plugin (see attached pic).
It's two years since the last update, but maybe it could be fixed so that it at least starts without any new options.

Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2 x64,
PLSD ver. 16.0.0.2142 x64 (installed in user\AppData\Local\Programs, because of lack of admin rights),
rrProject ver. 2.3.2.
