Combine recent course searches and recent filters

...to reduce confusion amongst maintainers. As of now, it becomes confusing to determine if you’re searching or if you’re browsing. Text cannot be in the search bar in order to browse.

@hawkrives has an idea to clear this up.

UI-wise, I'm thinking:

AQR, CSCI, Richard Brown

So if you're on the only-Search or only-Filter mode, it looks the same, but if it saved a combo it's big search term, and small filter text (big = current sizes)

If you interact with the list, the current search + current filters are saved to a Recents list, for easy access. It becomes much simpler with no conditionals.
