I'm setting up a proxy between a pool and nicehash because the pool's DDOS protection is wrongly identifying my nicehash hashrate as a DDOS attack and nicehash wont give out their IPs so the pool can't whitelist them.

Is there any way to set extranonce2 to 4 without setting workerNumbberLimit to 1? There are times when I'm renting thousands of workers from nicehash.

Anyone know the conf setting for this without rebuilding?
