As a shop owner I can create plans with 'members' whom don't need to sign-up, but can collect the member details

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Problem: If a shop owner wants to sell 'business' memberships, there's a manual (yuk!) administrative job to collect the names/details of those members after the fact.

Example:

For Business membership this is only available for up to 10 members and we would need to collect Names and emails address for all members. We could of course contact the main member to collect after they have signed up as we do not expect the traffic to be huge for this option. So let me know if collection of all member data is possible, no problem if not.

• (minimal): Possible use the free text question As a shop owner I can present free-text questions to subscribers during sign up #1333 once merged to capture these details
• Better: A dedicated form
