OpsWorks deprecations and S3 multi-region access point billing
OpsWorks is deprecating OpsWorks for Chef Automate, Puppet Enterprise, and Stacks in a year.
S3 Multi-Region Access Points previously had not billed for some aspects of the service, despite apparently documenting they would. They are correcting that by nearly immediately (8 day notice) beginning to charge for it, despite not billing for it since the feature launch two years ago.
Server Migration Service and Elastic Inference deprecations
Server Migration Service was removed from the SDK on March 31, and not noticed until after.
Elastic Inference will no longer be available to new customers on April 15.

EC2 classic retiring
EC2 Classic is retiring. AWS says they expect all resources to be out of EC2 classic by August 15, 2022, but does not say if they will actually take any action. https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/ec2-classic-is-retiring-heres-how-to-prepare/
Pinpoint price increase
Pinpoint will increase the price of sending SMS messages to India from $0.00223 to $0.00303 per message. This is not a breaking change, but I've decided price increases are rare enough on AWS that I'll begin tracking these changes in this repo (but I will not track price model changes that may result in customer cost increases).
