I'm always frustrated when there's no centralized platform for managing group leaders, team members, and events for the Secretary and Deputy Secretary. The current process is scattered, leading to inefficiencies in updating, adding, or removing leaders and managing events. A dedicated dashboard would streamline these tasks and provide better oversight.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have a Dashboard for the Secretary and Deputy Secretary with the following functionalities:
Add Group Leaders: Ability to add new group leaders to the system.
Add Team Members: Capability to add team members under specific group leaders.
Remove Group Leaders: Functionality to remove group leaders from the system.
Update Group Leaders: Option to update the details of existing group leaders.
Add Events: Ability to add new events to the system.
Update Events: Functionality to modify the details of existing events.
Delete Events: Option to remove events from the system.
Whole Analytics: A comprehensive analytics feature to track and monitor group and event performance.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've considered using separate tools for each functionality (e.g., spreadsheets for group management, calendar tools for events), but these don't provide the centralized control and analytics necessary for effective oversight. Another alternative is to manually handle these tasks, but this approach is prone to errors and inefficiencies.
Additional context
Implementing this dashboard will greatly improve the management of group leaders, team members, and events. It will provide the Secretary and Deputy Secretary with a streamlined interface to handle their responsibilities efficiently. A mockup or screenshots of similar dashboards can be provided if needed.
