I would like a Club Head Dashboard with the following functionalities:
Add New Events: Ability to create and add new events to the club's calendar.
Request for Making Posters: An option to request the design team to create posters for upcoming events.
Request for Sending Emails: A feature to request the communication team to send out emails for event announcements or updates.
Update Events: Capability to modify the details of existing events.
Delete Events: Option to remove events from the club's schedule.
This dashboard should centralize these tasks to improve efficiency and ensure that all requests and updates are managed from a single platform.

Alternatives include using separate communication channels for each task (e.g., emails for poster requests, different tools for event updates), but this leads to scattered information and possible delays. A manual approach is also an option, but it increases the risk of errors and inefficiencies.
