There has been a report the program crashes if your pc is not using the US time format
I have not confirmed this for myself yet, and I have no clue why in the world this may be happening.

This issue might've been tied to a float parsing issue that was recently fixed in commit 8d410eb. Could you please make sure to get the same person, who ran into it before, to test the version with this fix?
