Two suggestions for in game stats display

1. Add a setting that would make the in game stats display always visible in a level, not just in the pause menu.
2. Add the in game time above the coin counter in the in game stats display. The in game time would have a timer icon next to it, and its color would be the same color it would have in the stats screen when you finish the level.
