Scanimage daq synch-triggering #5

To synch the behavioural controller with the imaging system, we would like to use the digital IO from NI and set up ScanImage to record them.

Things to note:

ESP32 does 3.3V signals.
are the digital signals in scanimage synch'ed with the analog input, so when we record things all parts are aligned.
