CGMES-NC PowerSystemProject-AP-Voc-RDFS2020: junk terms

CGMES-NC/ttl/PowerSystemProject-AP-Voc-RDFS2020 redefines some terms in dcterms, dcat namespaces but prepends a class name (following the CGMES convention), which means the URLs are wrong. These should be deleted:

We will need to fix this. I was fixing in header RDFS, but we forgot we have dcat and dcterms usage in PSP as well

I guess we missed to do an issue and fix this. So we will need to fix it in the next patch

With the agreed update to the DifferenceSet we would need to make more changes to the PowerSystemProject.
