wdym? disable certain commands in certain channels or in the entire guild?

I think they meant the ability to disable certain commands in certain channels.

s!config commands disable <command name> [channel] - disables command x on current channel / specific channel
s!config commands enable <command name> [channel] - enable command x on current channel / specific channel
s!config commands list - lists disabled commands in a guild w/ their referent channels
